Reservation is non refundable, unless stated otherwise.

NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM BOOKINGS Bookings with non-refundable restrictions are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

• No changes can be made to the booking under this rate.

• Full payment is required in advance.

CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS Cancellations for arrangements (e.g., food or beverages) must be received no later than three days before the event date. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable.

NAME CHANGE Name changes are permitted free of charge. Cancellations or amendments must be sent via email to info@heimlag.fo

Bookings are only accepted for guests aged 18 years or older. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or a responsible adult.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION When you or someone on your behalf makes a booking, we collect and process the personal data necessary to fulfill the agreement for booking and purchasing services. This includes identity, contact, and payment information provided directly by you or through an agency. Additional information, such as dietary preferences or special requests related to your stay, may also be processed. All purchases, including restaurant and room service orders, are logged to provide services and facilitate payment.

Data is processed to fulfill the booking agreement and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Personal data related to accommodations is retained for four years to enhance service for returning guests.

• Financial information is stored as required by law, unless explicit consent for longer retention is provided.

Where electronic key card systems are in use, we log entries for security and crime prevention purposes, including fire safety. Logs are retained for 21 days.
